Reading pages

The site runs on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. When you click a “chat with us” button, we record the page and which button was clicked, with no personal details, so we know which pages lead to questions.

Using the chat

Messages you type in the chat are sent to our chat service to generate an answer and are stored so we can improve answers and fix mistakes. The chat does not ask for your name or contact details. Please do not share personal or financial details you would not want stored.

Partner links

If you follow a partner link, the partner's own privacy policy applies on their site. Our link service records the click and the page it came from.

Operator and contact
