ZNICRM CRM with connected billing, $10K a month, self-reported in 2022: 4 plans
ZNICRM is CRM software for managing enquiries, leads, deals, billing and customer support from one system. Its $10K a month was founder-reported on the Indie Hackers product page (not independently verified), as of March 2022.
What it actually sells
ZNICRM helps businesses capture enquiries, manage leads and follow-ups, track deals, create quotes and invoices, and support customers from one system. It covers the workflow from an incoming enquiry through deal tracking, billing records and customer support.
Deals have visual stages, values, owners and expected revenue visibility. Quotes connect to invoices, payments, receipts and support records, while the product also includes helpdesk, customer chat, automation, API, webhooks, dialer, telephony and governance tools.
How it charges
ZNICRM uses per-user monthly plans: Lead is $2/user/month, Connect is $5/user/month, Sales is $8/user/month and Business is $10/user/month. All plans are billed monthly. The four plans sit under one per-user pricing structure.
Where customers come from
ZNICRM captures leads from Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, website forms, SMS and email. Its listed integrations also include payment gateways and API connections.
The site says, “Works with the tools already bringing you business. Don’t change where your leads come from. Connect those sources to ZNICRM.” It also lists an AI website chatbot, WhatsApp CRM and SMS capability.
What stands out
Leads move through a stated sequence: “Lead received / Assigned automatically / WhatsApp started / Follow-up scheduled.” ZNICRM also provides a visual deal pipeline, sales activity and deal ageing, expected revenue visibility, advanced automation and routing.
ZNICRM connects quotes, invoices, payments, receipts and customer support records. Other listed tools include customer chat, dialer, telephony, call sync, roles, departments, escalations, API, webhooks and premium integrations. The product page says, “From growing local businesses to established organisations, teams use ZNICRM and TeamSpoor to keep sales and field work visible.”

Where it sits in the data
ZNICRM's $10K a month is higher than 66% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
My view: demand would come from businesses that need enquiries, leads, follow-ups, deals, quotes, invoices, payments and customer support connected. The buyer is a business team working across sales, billing and support, with a need to keep customer records in one system.
Distribution would need to reach those businesses through the lead, advertising, messaging and website channels supported by the product. Building it would require substantial work across integrations, automation, permissions, governance, telephony, billing workflows and customer support. Competition and the support load would also matter.
Verdict: Hard to replicate.
One thing to take from it
My view: ZNICRM shows a broad CRM product shape that connects lead capture, deal tracking, quotes, invoices, payments, receipts and customer support, with per-user plans ranging from $2/user/month to $10/user/month.
