Wysera: SMB sales and ops AI, $11K in 30 days, one platform
Wysera packages AI-assisted sales, marketing, operations and business management in one SaaS platform. Its $11K in the last 30 days is verified through the payment provider's API by TrustMRR (Stripe), as of September 30, 2026.
What it actually sells
Wysera is AI SaaS for sales, marketing, operations, CRM, content, workflows and related business management. Its site says it helps SMBs replace their sales, marketing and ops tools with one AI-agentic platform.
The stated buyer is described as “Operators who own marketing, sales and operations at once, usually one to fifty people.” The platform covers lead capture, CRM records, quote-to-order workflows, outreach, website analytics, social publishing and brand-voice content.
How it charges
Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise bundles are quoted. Annual billing saves twenty percent, is paid upfront and can be cancelled for a pro-rated refund inside the first thirty days.
A limited free bundle is available. The site advertises one workspace, one seat and no card for the free bundle.
Month by month
Monthly revenue as read from the payment provider by TrustMRR, in US dollars, as of September 30, 2026.
| Month | Revenue (USD) |
|---|---|
| 2026-06 | $1,500 |
| 2026-07 | $319 |
| 2026-09 | $10,698 |
Where customers come from
The founder lists Blog, Content marketing, Newsletter, SEO, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X / Twitter and YouTube as growth channels. The site publishes comparison material and a method for evaluating go-to-market tool stacks.
The site also offers a pricing calculator for evaluating a business's software stack, a limited free bundle with no card and an affiliate product for earning from referrals to the Wyse network.
What stands out
Wysera describes its approval workflow as: “It drafts, you approve, it runs”. It says the platform has one login, one bill and one record spanning the path from lead capture to an order.
Wysera says 24+ teams ship with Wyse and that 81 capabilities are live. Its entry-pricing tracking covers 74 go-to-market tools, and its community workspace includes channels, a classroom, events and paid membership.

Where it sits in the data
Wysera's $11K in the last 30 days is higher than 94% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Productivity” category (1,856 projects) it is higher than 97% (category median $102). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
In my view, this needs real work. The buyer is a small-business operator responsible for sales, marketing and operations. Distribution would have to come through content, search, social channels, software-stack comparison material, a pricing calculator, referrals or direct outreach to operators searching for an integrated workspace.
In my view, the difficult parts are product scope, implementation and support. Sales, marketing, operations, CRM, content and community software each carry distinct workflows. Integration work, data handling, permissions, approvals and customer support also add substantial operational demands.
Verdict: Needs real work.
One thing to take from it
Wysera shows a broad product shape: sales, marketing, operations, CRM, content, workflows and membership sit inside one platform. Its clearest operating rule is also simple: AI drafts emails and actions, and the user approves execution.
