What it actually sells

Where it sits in the data

VideoDubber's $1.6K MRR is higher than 80% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Entertainment” category (351 projects) it is higher than 83% (category median $207). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

My view is that demand would come from buyers localizing videos for audiences in different languages. Potential distribution would need to reach YouTubers, content creators, businesses, filmmakers, educators, and localization teams through search, affiliates, integrations, and established software marketplaces.

My view is that this needs real work. Video processing, voice cloning, lip synchronization, language quality, exports, and integrations must operate reliably. Regulation, moderation, copyright handling, privacy, customer support, and competition would also require sustained attention.

Verdict: Hard to replicate.

One thing to take from it

VideoDubber combines per-minute pricing with unlimited edits, API access, subtitle and video exports, an affiliate program, and AWS Marketplace availability. Its clearest product shape is an AI localization workflow spanning translation, voices, timing, lip sync, and final exports.
