Where it sits in the data
SYNCDATE's $3K in the last 30 days is higher than 86% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Productivity” category (1,856 projects) it is higher than 91% (category median $102). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
In my view, this needs real work. The buyer is a consultant, contractor, fractional operator, agency, studio, or multi-company team managing calendars across several clients. Distribution would need to reach those buyers through search, product-led discovery, and direct outreach.
My view is that calendar-provider integrations, permission boundaries, selective event copying, and reliable synchronization are the main technical challenges. Supporting several calendar systems also creates a meaningful support load, while competition would come from other calendar products and synchronization tools.
Verdict: Needs real work.
One thing to take from it
The clearest lesson is to package a familiar workflow around a specific audience. SYNCDATE combines cross-provider synchronization, per-calendar direction, selective event controls, separate company calendars, and annual Pro access for a defined group of client-facing businesses.
