Health data API and SDK, $19K a month, self-reported: 1,000+ products

Sahha provides tools for collecting, analyzing, and understanding user health data. Its $19K a month was founder-reported on the Indie Hackers product page (not independently verified), as of April 2025.

What it actually sells

Sahha sells a health data API and SDK for collecting, analyzing, and understanding user health data. The product supports Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Oura and WHOOP, or the phone alone.

The product is built for developers building health and wellness products. It connects phones, wearables, and connected devices, standardizes the data into a single data model, and provides one stream per user.

How it charges

Production plans start at $299/month, billed annually, with 1,000 users included and per-user pricing as you grow. A 30-day free trial includes all products unlocked, and Sahha provides a free sandbox for development.

Where customers come from

Sahha offers API documentation and developer resources through “Read the docs”. It provides a free sandbox, a 30-day free trial with all products unlocked, a dashboard query builder, and a webhook tester.

The dashboard query builder and webhook tester let developers verify integrations before writing production code. Sahha also offers a dedicated Slack channel with its engineers.

What stands out

Sahha reconciles, deduplicates, and normalizes every source into one stream per user, automatically. It backfills up to 30 days on connect and works with phones and 800+ devices.

The product produces biomarkers, scores, archetypes, tags and insights. More than 1,000 products have been built with Sahha, and Sahha supports 800+ devices across 165 integrations.

Where it sits in the data

Sahha's $19K a month is higher than 74% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

In my view, this is hard to replicate because the buyer is a developer team building a health or wellness product and needs dependable connections across phones, wearables, connected devices, and health data sources. Distribution would come from developer documentation, a free sandbox, a free trial, and direct engineering support.

The hard parts would include handling device integrations, standardizing different data formats, supporting testing and production workflows, and maintaining the data model as integrations change. Health-data work also requires attention to privacy, security, compliance, and support load.

Verdict: Hard to replicate.

One thing to take from it

My view is that Sahha’s product shape is defined by the work it handles between a user’s devices and a developer’s product. The clearest lesson is to make complex integrations testable, documented, and usable before production.
