AI inference credit, $9.8K in 30 days: one API key
Orbio sells discounted AI inference credit through one API key for developers using OpenAI-compatible clients. Its $9.8K in the last 30 days is verified through the payment provider's API by TrustMRR (Whop), as of September 30, 2026.
What it actually sells
Orbio sells discounted AI inference credit through one key. Its site says, “Buy AI inference credit below list price, from people who earned it. One key that works everywhere an OpenRouter key does.” The catalogue contains 462 models, and one API key provides access across multiple models.
How it charges
There is no subscription, and the minimum credit purchase is $5. The platform fee is 5% of the discounted price. The purchase card shows the credit price, fee and total separately, along with the discount after the fee.
Where customers come from
The site provides an API code example. It is compatible with the OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK · Claude Agent SDK, and Vercel AI SDK. The site also includes ready-to-copy migration configuration, with instructions to change the base URL and the key.
What stands out
Requests pass directly to the named model without substitution. The site says, “Your request goes to the model you named. Nothing is swapped or downgraded.” Inference routes only to ZDR endpoints. Orbio keeps billing metadata, never prompts or responses. Accounts track spending, models, requests, tokens, and latency.
From the official site
Change the base URL and the key. Model names, streaming, tool calls and vision work exactly as they do today.
Your request goes to the model you named. Nothing is swapped or downgraded.

Where it sits in the data
Orbio's $9.8K in the last 30 days is higher than 93% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Crypto & Web3” category (33 projects) it is higher than 94% (category median $428). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
In my view, this needs real work. The buyer is a developer using OpenAI-compatible clients. Distribution would have to come through migration configuration, API documentation, SDK compatibility, and developer communities. The product also needs reliable model routing, billing, latency measurement, and access to inference supply.
The hard parts include regulation, support load, competition, and protecting prompts and responses while keeping billing records. A new entrant would need to earn developer trust and manage the operational work behind multiple models, requests, tokens, and latency tracking.
Verdict: Needs real work.
One thing to take from it
One thing to take from it is the combination of a single API key, named-model routing, and spend and latency visibility for developers using OpenAI-compatible clients.
