AI lead automation: $1.9K in 30 days, Stripe-verified

Northbridge Logic automates enquiries, booking, follow-ups and workflow tasks for trades and service businesses. Its $1.9K in the last 30 days is verified through the payment provider's API by TrustMRR (Stripe), as of September 30, 2026.

What it actually sells

Northbridge Logic helps plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies and other trades automate lead capture, customer enquiries, booking and follow-ups with AI. Its AI Receptionist answers calls and qualifies every lead automatically, in the business's name, day or night.

The product brings enquiries from phone, messaging, websites and directories into one place, books qualified jobs into Google Calendar, and automates responses, follow-ups, confirmations and reminders. It also improves existing websites, search visibility and enquiry conversion.

How it charges

The Growth Partner Plan starts at $199/month. Additional usage charges apply for AI phone calls, SMS and WhatsApp conversations based on volume.

Where customers come from

Northbridge Logic connects with Google Calendar, Google Business, Facebook, Checkatrade, TrustATrader, MyBuilder and other directories. Leads from those directories flow into the business's inbox and receive an instant response. Website enquiries also enter the same workflow.

What stands out

The product covers several stages of the enquiry process: an AI Receptionist answers and qualifies calls, enquiries are organised in one place, qualified jobs enter Google Calendar, and follow-ups continue until an enquiry is answered.

The service is aimed at trades and service businesses worldwide. It supports Google and Microsoft connections, including Google Calendar, Google Business workflows, Outlook and Microsoft 365.

Where it sits in the data

Northbridge Logic's $1.9K in the last 30 days is higher than 82% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Customer Support” category (188 projects) it is higher than 76% (category median $274). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

In my view, this needs real work. The buyer is a trades or service business that wants calls and enquiries handled while improving its booking process. Distribution would need to come from direct outreach and relationships with businesses in that segment.

The difficult parts include handling calls and messaging across several systems, maintaining integrations, supporting business-specific workflows and managing the support load. Permission requirements for customer communication and obligations around data handling also need attention. Competition would matter because established software and service providers may address parts of the same workflow.

Verdict: Needs real work.

One thing to take from it

The clearest product lesson is to connect enquiry handling, booking and follow-up in one workflow. A recurring plan paired with usage charges gives the buyer a defined starting point while linking charges to phone, SMS and WhatsApp activity.
