Where it sits in the data

Nailted's $9K a month is higher than 65% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

In my view, this needs real work because the buyer is a company or people team with several connected management needs. Building the product requires demand across performance reviews, employee engagement, goals, career development, turnover analytics, permissions, reporting, integrations, and per-employee licensing.

Distribution would have to come from company networks, people-management communities, search, product directories, and direct sales. The difficult parts include data privacy, employment-related fairness, integration maintenance, implementation support, and competition across established software categories.

Verdict: Hard to replicate.

One thing to take from it

The useful lesson is to look at connected product breadth and the buyer’s annual process. Nailted combines reviews, goals, careers, engagement, turnover analytics, and role plans, then bases its price on employee licenses and selected modules.
