Listadum helps Etsy sellers manage shops, listings, keywords, performance, and promotional content. Its $19K a month was founder-reported on the Indie Hackers product page (not independently verified), as of May 2023.

What it actually sells

Listadum is shop and listing management software for Etsy sellers. Its listing manager lets sellers create and update Etsy listings in one place, while Bulk Create & Copy lets them create or copy multiple listings at once, including across shops.

The product also includes a keyword tool, AI writing features, performance monitoring, and Pinterest integration. The site lists API Access and MCP Integration as features.

How it charges

The site lists paid plans starting at $15/mo and a Free Forever Plan. Its pricing page is described with the words: "Listadum Pricing | Plans from $15/mo, Free Forever Plan".

Where customers come from

The site shows a free Etsy shop audit tool and a database of more than 5M shops. It also lists Pinterest integration that lets sellers create pins directly from their listings, plus API Access and MCP Integration.

Where it sits in the data

Listadum's $19K a month is higher than 74% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

In my view, demand would come from Etsy sellers who need to manage listings and shop operations in one place. The buyer is a seller running an Etsy shop, while distribution could come from Etsy seller communities, search, and partnerships with tools used by sellers.

The difficult parts are integrating with the official Etsy API, keeping listing data reliable, supporting bulk workflows, handling AI-generated content, and maintaining integrations with other services. Competition, support load, and changes to platform access would also require serious operational work.

Verdict: Needs real work.

One thing to take from it

Listadum combines several seller tasks—listing management, keyword analysis, AI writing, bulk creation, performance tracking, and Pinterest publishing—inside one product aimed at Etsy sellers.
