KYC Hub provides software for identity verification, compliance screening, transaction monitoring and risk decisions. Its $1M a month was reported by the founder in an interview (not independently verified), as of June 27th, 2023.

What it actually sells

KYC Hub sells AI-based fraud and compliance infrastructure for onboarding, screening, monitoring and risk decisioning. Its platform covers identity, compliance and decision flows through a “No-code configurable platform to enable orchestrating identity, compliance, and decision flows for any use case.”

The product includes real-time identity verification, biometric identity verification, global KYB, document verification, transaction monitoring and continuous screening. KYC Hub also provides custom workflows, decisioning rules, region-specific data residency, SSO, role-based access and audit trails.

How it charges

KYC Hub uses custom monthly pricing for Starter Compliance, Growth and Enterprise. Pricing is based on verification volume and selected modules, with a monthly commitment reflecting expected throughput and room for growth.

Where it sits in the data

KYC Hub's $1M a month is higher than 98% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

In my view, this needs real work because demand comes from regulated organizations that need identity checks, screening, monitoring and documented controls. Buyers include banks, fintechs, payment companies, lenders, insurers, crypto firms, investment managers and trade finance providers.

Distribution would require industry content, product demonstrations, partnerships and integration conversations. The difficult parts are regulatory requirements, identity and data coverage, screening accuracy, fraud controls, audit trails, data residency and the support load involved when customers integrate compliance workflows into core systems.

Verdict: Hard to replicate.

One thing to take from it

The business presents a broad compliance platform with several capabilities connected through one workflow engine. Its commercial model links the monthly commitment to expected throughput and selected modules, while product demonstrations and integration discussions provide visible routes into customer conversations.
