Kadima search marketing, $25K a month, self-reported in 2023: three channels
Kadima is a search marketing agency for SEO, AEO and PPC. Its $25K a month was founder-reported on the Indie Hackers product page (not independently verified), as of August 2023.
What it actually sells
Kadima is a search marketing agency for SEO, AEO and PPC. Its stated buyer-facing promise is: “We get you found on Google, in AI answers and in paid search, from one team.”
SEO campaign management covers technical SEO, content, optimization and link building. The service also covers AI search optimization, including helping AI engines find, understand and cite a business.
How it charges
SEO retainers start at $1,650 a month. PPC management starts at $1,450 a month plus a one-time $250 setup fee. The AEO audit costs $495.
Where customers come from
The website shows a free Search Snapshot website analysis tool with the call to action “Check my site free.” It also offers a free 15-min review through “Book a free 15-min review.”
The site has a Guides and insights section and publishes case studies with before-and-after data. The page says: “Every figure below comes from a published case study with the before and after data.”
What stands out
Kadima presents SEO, AEO and PPC as services from one team. Its AI search optimization work names ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews as examples of AI engines.
PPC management is measured using cost per lead. Monthly reporting shows rankings, traffic, leads and revenue. Published case studies report $599K in organic revenue within 6 months, +86% total revenue in 3 months, +108% organic revenue in 8 months and CPA down 95% in 3 months.

Where it sits in the data
Kadima's $25K a month is higher than 76% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
In my view, this needs real work. A buyer would be a business seeking visibility in Google, AI answers and paid search. Distribution would have to come through a website, free analysis tools, educational content, case studies and free consultations, because those are the visible acquisition surfaces listed here.
The hard parts are delivering technical SEO, managing content and link building, handling PPC measurement, explaining AI search optimization and supporting reporting. The service also has to stay current with search systems and AI engines.
Verdict: Needs real work.
One thing to take from it
The clearest lesson is to package a technical service around clear buyer outcomes and visible proof: search visibility, cost per lead, monthly reporting and published case-study data. Kadima’s page combines retainers, a paid audit and PPC management under one search-marketing offer.
