Jobspage recruiting software: $1.1K a month, self-reported in 2022, for teams
Jobspage is a careers page builder and HR management tool for companies. Its $1.1K a month was founder-reported on the Indie Hackers product page (not independently verified), as of March 2022.
What it actually sells
Jobspage combines a hosted careers page builder, job postings, and applicant tracking. It is aimed at "Companies of 2–200 people who hire a few roles at a time and don't have a dedicated recruiter."
The product includes hosted or embedded branded careers pages, structured data for Google Jobs, an application pipeline, custom application fields, screening questions, customizable hiring stages, shared ratings, and notes.
How it charges
The site lists Free at $0 with 1 active job posts; Bootstrap at $19/month billed yearly with 3 active job posts; Startup at $29/month billed yearly with 10 active job posts; and Business at $79/month billed yearly with 20 active job posts.
Where customers come from
The site says Jobspage is used by more than 1,250 companies. It offers a cost-per-hire calculator, career page examples, job description templates, a job rejection email template, and HR software for startups.
Jobspage supports embedding job listings on existing websites and publishes job postings with structured data for Google Jobs listings. Its site also says, "Google automatically indexes your jobs for Google for Jobs."
What stands out
A hosted careers page can be placed at yourcompany.jobspage.co or embedded in an existing website, with no developer or DNS required. Job postings are published with structured data Google for Jobs requires.
The application pipeline keeps resumes, contact details, and candidate answers attached to every application. Employers can ask about portfolio links, notice periods, salary expectations, and work authorization, then use their own hiring stages with ratings and notes.

Where it sits in the data
Jobspage's $1.1K a month is higher than 44% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
From my view, demand would come from small companies hiring a few roles without a dedicated recruiter. The buyer would be the company that needs a careers page, job postings, and a place to manage applications. Distribution could come through search visibility for job postings, career-page examples, recruiting guides, and embedded listings on existing websites.
The hard parts are maintaining reliable application tracking, supporting different hiring workflows, handling applicant data, keeping integrations with job-search surfaces current, and competing with established recruiting software. The product also needs support for companies with different hiring-stage and screening requirements.
Verdict: Needs real work.
One thing to take from it
The clearest product lesson is to package several recruiting tasks around a specific buyer: a company hiring a few roles without a dedicated recruiter. Jobspage combines the careers page, job postings, application tracking, and screening in one product.
