Where it sits in the data

JivoChat's $625K a month is higher than 97% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

From my view, demand would come from businesses seeking to improve customer service, convert website visitors, and manage customer conversations. The buyer would be a business selecting customer service, marketing, and sales software, with distribution coming from website integrations, developers, affiliates, content, and desktop applications.

The difficult parts would include connecting multiple communication channels, handling customer service workflows, maintaining integrations, and supporting desktop, mobile, and browser environments. Regulation, security expectations, support load, and competition would matter in general terms. My view is that this needs real product and operational work.

Verdict: Hard to replicate.

One thing to take from it

JivoChat combines customer service channels, automatic request handling, marketing tools, developer integrations, and access across devices. Its visible distribution surfaces include affiliates, developer code, integration solutions, desktop applications, a blog, and resources.
