Intch connects talent and businesses, $1M a month, self-reported: part-time roles
Intch is a professional networking and part-time recruitment platform connecting professionals with businesses. Its $1M a month was reported by the founder in an interview (not independently verified), as of January 31st, 2025.
What it actually sells
Intch connects professionals with businesses seeking part-time roles. Its site says: “Intch connects top professionals with businesses for part-time roles at a third of the cost”.
Businesses can hire developers, QAs, data analysts, product managers, and ML engineers. They can also hire UX/UI, graphic, brand, 3D, game, and fashion designers, as shown here: “For businesses Hire UX/UI, graphic, brand, 3D, game, and fashion designers”.
How it charges
The pages we read show no price. Intch says it connects professionals with businesses for part-time roles “at a third of the cost,” but the pages do not state a currency amount or explain the comparison price.
Where customers come from
The visible site signals are sign-up and sign-in access and direct connection between professionals and businesses.
What stands out
Intch says it has helped over 700,000 professionals and 50,000+ businesses find each other. Its business-facing features cover technology, design, legal, financial, and accounting specialists.

Where it sits in the data
Intch — Professional Networking App for the Future of Work's $1M a month is higher than 98% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
In my view, this needs real work. The buyer is a business seeking a specialist for a part-time role, while professionals are the other side of the marketplace. Distribution would have to come from channels that reach both groups and turn sign-ups into completed connections.
The hard parts include maintaining specialist profiles, matching business demand with relevant talent, and supporting both sides when introductions do not produce a working arrangement. Any version would also face competition in professional networking and recruitment, while regulation and hiring or employment compliance would need careful review.
Verdict: Needs real work.
One thing to take from it
My view is that the clearest lesson is to define the two sides precisely: professionals seeking remote or part-time work and businesses hiring specialists across several professional categories. A new version would still need a clear route for both sides to connect and a support process for the work that follows.
