GlobalWork.ai job matching: $350K a month, self-reported, 500k+ jobs
GlobalWork.ai matches people with jobs and automates resume, cover-letter, and application tasks. Its $350K a month was reported by the founder in an interview (not independently verified), as of May 31st, 2025.
What it actually sells
GlobalWork.ai sells AI job matching, application automation, resume building, and cover-letter generation. It finds relevant roles, generates tailored resumes and cover letters, and submits applications automatically, according to the company.
The product recommends fresh roles based on experience and career goals. Applications follow user-defined rules, with control over what gets sent, where it goes, and when it is submitted. Each resume is tailored to the role.
How it charges
The product's price could not be identified on the pages we read. Currency amounts appear on the pages, but none could be tied to the product's own pricing, leaving its charging structure unclear from the available pages.
Where customers come from
The pages identify job seekers seeking remote, hybrid, and onsite roles as the audience. No customer acquisition channels were disclosed. Visible signals include a claim that over 200,000 job seekers trust the service and a 5★ rating from job seekers.
What stands out
The site offers 500k+ verified remote, hybrid, and local jobs worldwide. It also states that 10,000,000+ jobs are analyzed monthly. The service is presented as a connected flow covering role recommendations, tailored resumes, role-specific cover letters, and rule-based application submission.

Where it sits in the data
GlobalWork.ai's $350K a month is higher than 95% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
My view is that demand is clearest with active job seekers who want help finding relevant roles and reducing application work. The buyer would be the individual job seeker. Distribution would need to come from job-search communities, career content, referrals, and direct acquisition.
The hard parts in my view are maintaining a reliable job source, matching roles accurately, controlling automated submissions, and supporting users when an application fails. Privacy obligations, employment rules, support load, and competition would also require serious attention.
Verdict: Hard to replicate.
One thing to take from it
One thing to take is the product shape: job discovery, resume tailoring, cover-letter generation, and application submission are presented as one workflow. A builder can evaluate the product by the number of separate steps it joins and the controls it gives the user.
