Poppy AI content creation, $400K a month, self-reported: client workspaces
Poppy AI is software for researching content, studying what works, and creating content for creators and businesses. Its $400K a month was reported by the founder in an interview (not independently verified), as of May 31st, 2025.
What it actually sells
Poppy AI sells AI content research, analysis, ideation, and creation software. It analyzes hooks, angles, structure, messaging, offers, audiences, and patterns behind high-performing content, and it imports videos, ads, URLs, PDFs, transcripts, research, and competitor content onto a visual board.
Poppy AI creates “Scripts. Ads. Emails. VSLs. Posts. Landing pages. Campaigns.” It also saves audience, offer, research, previous content, and voice in one workspace. Agencies and businesses managing multiple brands can create separate client workspaces with each client’s voice and winners saved.
How it charges
The product’s price could not be identified on the pages we read. Currency amounts appear on those pages, but none could be tied to Poppy AI’s own pricing, plan, billing period, or product tier structure.
Where customers come from
The pages do not disclose the founder’s sales channels. The visible customer signal is Poppy AI’s claim that it is “Trusted by over 13,000 Creators,” alongside a list of Creators, Marketers, Founders, Agencies, Coaches, and Ecommerce.
What stands out
Poppy AI combines content analysis, source material, creation, saved brand information, and separate client workspaces. One case study on the site reports “36X ROAS” and “$29K cash on $800 Meta spend,” while the product pages also show a claim of trust from more than 13,000 creators and marketers.

Where it sits in the data
Poppy AI's $400K a month is higher than 95% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
My view is that demand is clearest among creators, founders, marketers, agencies, coaches, and ecommerce businesses that repeatedly research and produce content. Agencies add another use case through separate client workspaces. Distribution would need a visible surface for demonstrating research, analysis, creation, and workspace workflows to those buyer groups.
The hard parts are broad: reliable analysis, useful imports, outputs that preserve a brand voice, workspace management, and ongoing support. A builder would also need to address content rights, advertising claims, privacy, and changing platform rules. Competition would come from other content tools, agency workflows, and general AI creation products.
Verdict: Needs real work.
One thing to take from it
My view is that the strongest product lesson is to connect research, analysis, creation, saved brand context, and client workspaces. A founder can evaluate a similar opportunity by asking whether those parts form one usable workflow for the intended buyer.
