Formo analytics software for DeFi apps, $4.9K MRR: built for onchain teams

Formo is analytics and attribution software for crypto and DeFi teams building onchain applications. Its $4.9K MRR is verified through the payment provider's API by TrustMRR (Paddle), as of September 30, 2026.

What it actually sells

Formo helps crypto and DeFi teams drive growth with analytics and attribution designed for onchain apps. It tracks user behavior from offchain visits to onchain transactions, showing what users do across key touchpoints from first visits offchain to transactions onchain.

The software measures campaign performance by volume, revenue, and retention. It builds wallet profiles and segments from onchain activity and in-app behaviour, and provides real-time notifications about prospects and key events. Teams can also use AI and MCP to query and explore business data.

How it charges

Growth costs $199 per month, billed yearly. The pricing is described as being for early-stage teams just getting started.

Where it sits in the data

Formo's $4.9K MRR is higher than 90% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Crypto & Web3” category (33 projects) it is higher than 88% (category median $428). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

In my view, demand would come from crypto and DeFi teams that need to understand how users move from offchain visits into onchain activity. The buyer would be a B2B team operating an onchain application and evaluating acquisition channels, user behavior, and wallet activity. Distribution would need to come from content, developer communities, direct outreach, and useful free tools.

The hard parts are integrating reliable data from the application and its users' onchain activity, translating that data into usable metrics, and handling support as teams ask questions about attribution and wallet intelligence. Competition would matter because teams may already have analytics, attribution, and data-stack tools. In my view, this needs real work.

Verdict: Needs real work.

One thing to take from it

Formo shows a focused route into a specialized market: connect user behavior, campaign measurement, and wallet intelligence for teams building onchain applications.
