What it actually sells
EuTrato sells a ticket management platform for organising, automating, and accelerating team support. Its stated audience is “Support teams and businesses managing customer service operations.” The platform brings tickets, chat, tasks, files, dashboards, and notifications into one management interface.
The product includes intelligent responses, ticket import from other platforms, and notifications through email, Telegram, and push. EuTrato also connects to ChatGPT through MCP, allowing conversational listing, creation, commenting, and status changes. The site claims 99.9% availability.
How it charges
EuTrato offers free use forever for up to 2 users, with access to all features under that plan. Paid plans are available for unlimited seats and active users. The site also offers free trials and a free 30-minute demonstration.

EuTrato also publishes blog articles covering support tips, news, and updates, and promotes connections to ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and Grok through its MCP connector.
What stands out

It also offers “Ligue o EuTrato ao ChatGPT e gira tickets por conversa: listar, criar, comentar e alterar estado.” The product supports ticket imports, three named notification channels, and a claimed 99.9% availability.

Where it sits in the data
EuTrato's $1K in the last 30 days is higher than 75% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Customer Support” category (188 projects) it is higher than 69% (category median $274). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
My view is that this needs real work. The buyer is a support team or a business managing customer service operations. Demand would depend on convincing those teams that one platform can cover their support work, while distribution would need to come through search, demonstrations, content, integrations, and direct sales.
The hard parts in my view are reliable ticket operations, imports from other platforms, permissions for different user roles, and the support load created by an essential business workflow. Competition would come from established ticket-management products, while AI integrations would add another layer of compatibility and reliability work.
Verdict: Needs real work.
One thing to take from it
My view is that EuTrato presents a clear product-shape lesson: put several everyday support operations in one interface, then connect that interface to AI. A free entry point can expose teams to the broader paid plan, but retaining those users would still require dependable support operations and migration tools.
