Data Bloo reporting tools, $6.1K MRR: 4,017 marketers claimed

Data Bloo sells connectors, Data Studio templates, dashboards, marketing-data integrations, and AI MCP access. Its $6.1K MRR is verified through the payment provider's API by TrustMRR (Stripe), as of September 30, 2026.

What it actually sells

Data Bloo sells Google Data Studio templates, connectors, dashboards, marketing-data integrations, and Data Bloo MCP access. Its connectors extract data from advertising platforms, its templates turn that data into reports, and its AI layer writes about the numbers.

The service syncs advertising, social media, ecommerce, and analytics data into Data Studio. “Sync ad platforms, social media and e-commerce data straight into Data Studio, free to start.” Reports support white-label options, charts, filters, pages, colors, logos, text, scheduled emails, links, and PDF exports.

How it charges

Pro costs $199.99/year (saving about $40), and Agency costs $399.99/year (saving about $80). The site says, “The Pro tier is $199.99/year (saving about $40), and the Agency tier is $399.99/year (saving about $80).”

Where it sits in the data

Data Bloo's $6.1K MRR is higher than 91% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Analytics” category (646 projects) it is higher than 91% (category median $135). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

My view is that demand comes from marketers, freelancers, agencies, ecommerce businesses, SMBs, and growing teams that need to bring reporting data into one place. The buyer would pay for connectors, report configuration, customization, sharing, and access across reporting and AI destinations.

Distribution would need a visible surface, such as a digital-reporting blog, a free GA4 audit, or a savings cost calculator. The difficult parts would be maintaining reliable connections, supporting changes in connected platforms, handling report configuration requests, and competing with other reporting products. A B2B product would also require clear account and subscription management.

Verdict: Needs real work.

One thing to take from it

My view is that the product combines several pieces around a specific reporting workflow: data connections, templates, customization, sharing, and AI access. The Pro and Agency annual plans give buyers a simple way to choose between tiers.
