Calday booking software, $5.7K a month, self-reported: built for solo operators
Calday is service-business software for booking, payments, client records and reminders. Its $5.7K a month was reported by the founder in an interview (not independently verified), as of March 21st, 2025.
What it actually sells
Calday combines online booking, payments, client records and automated reminders for service businesses. The site says, “Calday is the all-in-one service business management software — online booking, payments, client records, and automated reminders in one place.”
Clients can book at any time, and the site describes the feature as “Online booking 24/7 from any device.”
How it charges
Calday lists a Free plan at “$0 per month” and a Pro plan at “$12 per month.” The Free plan includes 1 service, up to 100 clients, 1 integration and a booking page.
Where customers come from
The visible product surfaces let clients share a booking link, post a QR code or embed a booking page on a website, but they do not establish where Calday’s customers came from.
Google, Outlook and Apple Calendar integrations synchronize bookings, while Stripe is available for payment collection. The site also offers a help center.
What stands out
Calday puts several service-business tasks in one product. Appointments sync automatically with supported calendars, businesses can collect a deposit or full payment at booking, and automatic email reminders are sent before appointments.
Each client has contact details, personal notes and full booking history saved automatically. The site reports “2,500+ Clients running their business on Calday,” “25,000+ Appointments successfully scheduled” and a “4.8 rating on G2.com.” These are claims shown by Calday, not independent verification.

Where it sits in the data
Calday's $5.7K a month is higher than 61% of the 6,604 projects with founder-reported monthly revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $2K. Snapshot: 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.
Currency
All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.
Could you build something like this?
In my view, demand would come from solo operators and small service businesses that need to take appointments, collect payment and retain client information. The buyer is the business owner using the system. Distribution would need a deliberate approach, such as direct outreach or sharing booking pages and QR codes with the same audience.
The difficult part extends beyond the interface. Calendar synchronization, payment handling and client data require reliability, security and compliance work. Support must handle scheduling failures, payment questions and data changes, while the product must compete with broader calendars, booking products and established software suites.
Verdict: Needs real work.
One thing to take from it
Calday packages connected jobs for a defined buyer: taking bookings, sending reminders, collecting payment and keeping client information. Its product covers more than scheduling, while its stated audience remains solo operators and small service businesses across many categories.
