AutoClip: AI video clipping and posting, $8.9K MRR: plans from $19.99

AutoClip turns long videos into captioned, reframed clips and schedules them for social posting. Its $8.9K MRR is verified through the payment provider's API by TrustMRR (Whop, RevenueCat), as of September 30, 2026.

What it actually sells

AutoClip is AI-powered video clipping, captioning, reframing, and automatic social posting software. Its site says it finds potentially viral moments in YouTube videos, creates short clips, writes word-synced captions, reframes them to vertical, and layers in B-roll and sound design.

The site says: “Finds the moments, cuts them, reframes to vertical, writes word-synced captions and layers in B-roll and sound design — every clip comes out post-ready.” It also monitors tracked YouTube, Twitch, and Kick channels for new uploads and livestream VODs.

How it charges

Starter is $19.99/month for 10 videos and 60 clips. Pro is $39.99/month for 25 videos and 250 clips, with watermark-free output, anti-shadowban scheduling, B-Roll, translation, and Discord support. Scale is $79.99/month for 50 videos and 600 clips, with 4K export, priority processing, and Discord support. A 3-day free trial is available on Pro.

What stands out

AutoClip combines channel monitoring, clip selection, captioning, vertical reframing, B-roll, sound design, and publishing in one product. It supports TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, and offers Discord support on Pro and Scale plans.

Where it sits in the data

AutoClip's $8.9K MRR is higher than 93% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Social Media” category (541 projects) it is higher than 93% (category median $152). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

My view is that this needs real work. The buyer includes creators, businesses, teams, agencies, podcasters, and power users, so the product needs to serve both individual video workflows and team operations. Distribution would need to reach those groups through channels such as TikTok, while the product would need to connect to the video and social platforms people already use.

The difficult parts include reliable video processing, automated clip selection, caption and reframing quality, publishing integrations, and support load. A new entrant would also need to handle competition in content creation and social media software. My view is that the feature set is broad, while the buyer and distribution side would require focused execution.

Verdict: Needs real work.

One thing to take from it

AutoClip packages a recurring software product around a specific workflow: turning long videos into short clips and publishing them across connected social accounts. The clearest product signal is the combination of clipping, captions, vertical reframing, channel monitoring, and automatic posting.
