AppLaunchFlow: app launch assets and pages, $2.8K MRR: one workspace

AppLaunchFlow gives app developers one workspace for launch assets, localization, rank tracking and hosted app pages. Its $2.8K MRR is verified through the payment provider's API by TrustMRR (Stripe), as of September 30, 2026.

What it actually sells

AppLaunchFlow sells App Store and Play Store screenshots, ASO copy, promo videos, icons, mockups, localization, social graphics and landing pages. Its site says, "AppLaunchFlow is your launch and growth assistant." App developers launching and growing apps are its stated customers.

Raw screenshots from a phone can become App Store screenshots, promo videos, app icons, social graphics and mockups. The site says: "Publish a hosted landing page to a free your-app.applaun.ch address, including Privacy Policy, Terms, and Support pages."

How it charges

Launch Pass costs €9 once, and the full €9 is credited toward the first Unlimited month if the customer upgrades. Unlimited costs €15/mo, is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. The API requires an active Unlimited subscription at €15/month or €99/year and includes 5 API export jobs per monthly allowance period.

Where customers come from

The founder lists Blog, SEO, Reddit, Threads, X / Twitter and Google Ads as growth channels. Visible site signals include API export and automation workflows, a rank-tracking dashboard, a Screenshots Editor + AI listing, direct App Store Connect upload, a Google Play export flow and product-page A/B tests.

What stands out

AppLaunchFlow tracks up to 5 App Store search terms and 5 competing apps for a linked app, with daily rank checks and history. Screenshot text, ASO copy and website content can be localized into other languages as a paid feature. It also creates promo videos, app icons, social graphics and mockups.

The publishing workflow supports direct App Store Connect uploads, a structured Google Play Console handoff and product-page A/B tests from saved screenshot variants. The site reports 83,650 assets exported, 8,541 apps localized and 137 countries. It also says it is trusted by 7,000+ app developers.

Where it sits in the data

AppLaunchFlow's $2.8K MRR is higher than 85% of the 5,602 projects with payment-verified revenue in our dataset; the median across them is $150. Within the “Design Tools” category (452 projects) it is higher than 92% (category median $118). Snapshot: 2026-09-02 to 2026-09-30. The dataset only covers founders who chose to publish their numbers, so it leans toward businesses that work; use it for scale, not as an average.

Currency

All figures are in US dollars as published. A rough yuan or euro conversion is not applied here because prices, taxes and acquisition costs differ by country.

Could you build something like this?

In my view, demand comes from app developers launching and growing apps who need screenshots, store copy, videos, hosted pages and localization. The buyer is an app developer preparing a launch and later iterations. Distribution would depend on search, developer communities, social channels and direct outreach to app developers.

In my view, the hard parts are reliable creation and localization, App Store and Google Play integrations, daily rank data, hosted-page support and product-page testing. Maintaining Privacy Policy, Terms and Support pages adds content and support work. Competition would span design tools, ASO products, localization services and publishing utilities.

Verdict: Needs real work.

One thing to take from it

The product brings screenshots, videos, copy, localization, hosted pages, rank tracking and publishing into one launch workspace. In my view, the lesson is to organize repeated app-launch tasks around app developers and a recurring subscription. API export access requires Unlimited, and localization is a paid feature.
